CT-scan
A computerized tomography scan (CT-scan) combines a series of X-ray images taken from different angles around your body and uses computer processing to create cross-sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside your body. CT-scan images provide more-detailed information than plain X-rays do. It is recommend to help :
Diagnose muscle and bone disorders, such as bone tumors and fractures.
Pinpoint the location of a tumor, infection or a blood clot, Guide procedures such as surgery, biopsy and radiation therapy.
Detect and monitor diseases and conditions such as cancer, heart disease, lung nodules and liver masses.
Monitor the effectiveness of certain treatments, such as cancer treatment.
Detect internal injuries and internal bleeding.

MRI
The open MRI uses a magnet top and bottom and is open on all four sides. We at Al-Hakeem prefer to use the open MRI as we have the patients best interest in mind, these decrease the risk of claustrophobia and panic attacks exponentially and allows patients of all shapes and sizes to be able to make use of an MRI to accurately diagnose their problems. It is a noninvasive way to examine your organs, tissues and skeletal system. It produces very high-resolution images of the inside of the body that help diagnose a variety of problems such as organs of the chest and abdomen—including the heart, liver, biliary tract, kidneys, spleen, bowel, pancreas, and adrenal glands.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound is an imaging method that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures within your body. The ultrasound images can provide valuable information for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and conditions. Ultrasound images are used for many reasons, including: Viewing the uterus and ovaries during pregnancy and monitor the developing baby’s health, Diagnosing gallbladder diseases, Evaluating blood flow, Guiding a needle for biopsy or tumor treatment, Examining a breast lump, Checking your thyroid gland, Detecting genital and prostate problems, Assessing joint inflammation (synovitis) and Evaluating metabolic bone disease.
Range of services includes:

Ultrasound-Pregnancy 4D
FNAC
X-ray
An X-RAY is a quick, painless test that produces images of the structures inside your body – particularly your bones. X-RAY technology is used to examine many parts of the body, for example: bones, teeth, chest, abdomen & extremities.
Range of services includes:
We do all body X-RAY related services.
Mammogram
An X-ray image of your breasts used to screen for breast cancer. Mammograms play a key role in early breast cancer detection and help decrease breast cancer deaths.
During a mammogram, your breasts are compressed between two firm surfaces to spread out the breast tissue. Then an X-ray captures black-and-white images of your breasts that are displayed on a computer screen and examined by a doctor who looks for abnormalities.
Looking for a deeper connection? Ultrasound-4D
Utilizing the latest in modern technology here at Al-Hakeem, the days of looking at a blurry Ultrasound rough image of your baby have passed, you can now witness your precious child in stunning ultrasound-4D, allowing you to have a clear view of the child.
OPG
Also called panoramic x-ray, is a two-dimensional dental x-ray examination that captures the entire mouth in a single image, including the teeth, upper and lower jaws, surrounding structures and tissues. It is a noninvasive medical test that helps physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. Imaging with x-rays involves exposing a part of the body to a small dose of ionizing radiation to produce pictures of the inside of the body. It can reveal dental and medical problems such as: advanced periodontal disease, cysts in the jaw bones, jaw tumors and oral cancer, impacted teeth including wisdom teeth and jaw disorders (also known as temporomandibular joint or TMJ disorders)
